The Hotel is part of the architectonic complex Boulevard Suites, a last generation project developed for one of the main real-state groups in Chile, who are the current owners of Boulevard Suites Hotel. The construction of this sophisticated urban and business center was finished in the year 2000, with 110 m2 and an investment of 115 million dollars. Boulevard Suites was built in the superior floors of the highest building of the city. The master plan of the complex consists of 3 large buildings characterized by a cupper and crystal covering, a 39 floor central tower, where the hotel is located, and two 16 floor lateral towers for offices and corporations. The access from Kennedy Avenue consists of a beautiful environment of gardens and fountains and a 17 meters dome made of glass where you will find cafeterias, restaurants, Health Club, different Hotel accesses and also more than 1000 subterranean parking lots.
